Know The 8 Step Process To The Cleanest, Healthiest Furniture You’ve Ever Seen

1. HIGH-FILTRATION VACUUM
First we vacuum with a high filtration cleaning system specifically designed for super-high performance professional cleaning.

2. PRE-SPOT DIFFICULT STAINS
We will pre-spot all difficult stains. That is we will carry out specialist stain removal techniques on stains – or that we know will be difficult to remove using non-specialist techniques.

3. PRE-SPRAY
Next we will apply a pre-spray specially designed to electro-mechanically lift oily dirt and pollutants from the fibres.

4. HOT WATER EXTRACTION MACHINE
The hot water extration machine unit we use cleans much better because it heats water to a high temperature and then shoots the cleaning solution into the fibres. This helps to break up the dirt, bacteria and pollens in the fibres. The machine then produces a huge vacuum volume to draw the dirt and chemicals out.

5. RESIDUE RINSE
We use the extraction machine to ensure a residue free rinse that ensures the integrity of your fibres and helps to retard re-soiling.

6. GROOMING
Where, appropriate we will groom your furniture to leave it in best possible condition. This usually means we run a grooming brush over the fibres to ensure that they are tangle-free and as ‘fluffy’ as possible.

7. PROTECTION
This will help the furniture to be clean longer and prevent spillages becoming a permanent marks.

We proceed to clean the leather using a special mild detergent. This key step in the leather cleaning process removes any soil and grease adhered to the leather by gently agitating the cleaning solution with a soft sponge, We can clean deep into the grain of the leather and restore the colour and the texture.

The next step of the process is to thoroughly rince the leather to remove last traces of emulsified soil and grease. This prepares the leather surface for conditioning and finishing to provide an enduring cleanliness of your leather.

We then proceed to apply a leather scent to bring back the natural leather smell. Then apply a leather conditioner and finishing agent to the leather gently agitating the solution with a soft cloth. The finishing cream penetrates deep into the leather, providing a conditioning effect that locks away the moisture in the leather and ensures a long lasting supple feel.

After a short period of drying, the next step in the leather cleaning process is to polish the the leather surface. We polish the surface of the leather by using a cotton towel to leave a lustrous and long lasting shine.
